Mr. Riback specializes in criminal law, handling major felonies and misdemeanors. He practices primarily in Clark County and also serves Cowlitz, Skamania, and Klickitat Counties, plus Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Camas, and Washougal.
Admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1986, Mr. Riback has practiced law for over three decades. He previously worked at the Vancouver City Attorney's Office handling misdemeanor cases, family law, business incorporations, debt collections, wills, and unlawful detainers. Before joining the Law Office of Erin Bradley McAleer, he maintained a solo practice representing both indigent and privately retained clients across criminal and civil matters.
His experience includes: traffic violations, felony matters, debtor representation, will drafting, insurance defense, guardian ad litem work, and prison legal services for Washington State Penitentiary and Airway Heights Corrections Center.
Mr. Riback now primarily devotes his practice to criminal defense with a focus on defending those charged with serious felony convictions such as those accused of sex crimes, robbery, burglary, drug charges, DUI, and assault cases. He has worked extensively with thousands of clients charged with essentially every type of criminal offense.
