Ms. Radecke currently focuses her practice primarily representing landlords and property owners in various contexts pertaining to disputes with their tenants which may result in eviction and ejectment proceedings.
She also handles general civil litigation including protection orders, criminal defense representation, and traffic infractions. Her geographic scope covers Clark, Cowlitz, and Klickitat counties in Washington.
Before law school, Radecke worked at the Public Defender's Office in Spokane for two years as both clerk and social worker. During law school, she worked in-house at a large Illinois municipality handling personal injury, labor and employment law, municipal law, constitutional law, and criminal matters including traffic court prosecution and bench trials.
She taught introductory literature to undergraduates at Northern Illinois University and served as Vice President of the Latinx Law Student Association.
