Mr. Schinabeck practices in Washington State with expertise spanning criminal law, family law, civil litigation, and infraction defense. He primarily serves Clark County and surrounding areas including Cowlitz, Skamania, and Klickitat Counties, plus cities like Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Camas, and Washougal.
Before law practice, Schinabeck worked as a paralegal for two years at the Law Office of Erin Bradley McAleer, gaining hands-on experience across the firm's practice areas. Prior roles included elementary school childcare, elderly care in retirement facilities, and service industry positions—experiences he credits with developing strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
Of Hispanic heritage, Schinabeck emphasizes pride in his background and commitment to serving underrepresented communities. He describes himself as proactive and a hard worker, noting he completed his bachelor's degree at age 20.
During law school, he participated in legal clinics and community service. He also studied abroad in South Korea and Japan, observing their legal systems and visiting the South Korean General Assembly and Japanese Supreme Courthouse.
